Section 102(3)(ii) in The Punjab Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989

(ii)Generally origin and destination of the vehicle will be origin and destination of cargo. In case they are different, origin and destination of cargos may be inserted under Columns (6) and (7) respectively with a note in the remarks column showing origin and destination of the vehicle.
