            UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                               O R D E R

Ld.Counsel for the petitioner has deposited Rs.4 Crores before the Assessing Authority within the period stipulated in the order dated 27.09.2016 of the Hon'ble Court and shown the proof. Ld. Counsel seeks and is given two weeks time to file the proof thereof.

Fresh steps for the service of notice to the common unserved sole respondent shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
