10. Fixation of dates of various stages of election
- The Returning Officer shall appoint and shall notify in the Official Gazette and in such other manner as he thinks fit the date, time and place for -(a)The receipt of the nomination papers and their scrutiny;(b)The dispatch of voting papers to the electors;(c)The poll; and(d)The scrutiny and counting of votes.
