Keeping in view the order passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court under similar circumstances with regard to the same respondent Assessee rejecting identical claim in ITA No. 38/12 reported in (2013) 352 ITR 401, we see no reason to interfere into the matter for the ground held by this Court in the aforesaid case, this appeal is also dismissed.
