Section 35 in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021

35. Permanent Endowment Fund of the University. -

There shall be a "Permanent Endowment Fund" to which the State Government shall make an initial contribution of rupees ten crore. The method of raising Endowment Fund and the investment of the surplus shall be such as may be prescribed.
