Section 55(2) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(2)The Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, Rules,Byelaws and Orders in force immediately before thecommencement of this Act shall, in so far as they are notinconsistent with the provisions of this Act, continue to be inforce until they are replaced by the Statues, Ordinances,Regulations, Rules, Bye-laws or Orders framed under this Act.
