It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that prior to this  application,   the   petitioner   had   filed   five   bail   applications   and   all   of   them   were  rejected by Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.R. Prasad.

In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate that this application  be   listed   before   the   same   Hon'ble   Judge   after   taking   necessary   approval   from  Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
