Section 34(1) in All India Institute of Medical Sciences Regulations, 2019
(1)The employees of the Institute including deputationists and members of their families shall be entitled to medical aid as admissible under the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Staff Health Scheme. They shall also pay such contribution as are required under that Scheme.
