Section 30(3)(c) in Bihar Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and regulation of Street Vending) Schemes 2017

(c)There shall not be any stationary street vending on a road having width between 6 meters to 9 meters. However, street vending shall be allowed if such road is declared one way vehicular road.
