1. On the last date of hearing, we had passed the following order:-
"4. The submission of Mr Sandeep Sethi, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, is that the respondent no.2 has been empanelled vide subject tender despite the fact that the respondent no.2 did not have a valid CMMI Level-5 certificate, which aspect has also been confirmed by the international institution namely Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), which authorises issuance of the said certificate.
5. At this stage, Ms Shiva Lakshmi, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 seeks time to take instructions.
6. At her request, renotify on 12.02.2026."

2. Ms. Shiva Lakshmi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 4 has placed before us a compilation of ten documents which, according to her, includes the communications sent by the respondent no.1 to UK Certifications, the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and CMMI based in the UK, on 09.02.2026 and 11.02.2026.
3. She states, it is after the response is received by the respondent no.1, decision shall be taken on the plea raised by the petitioner. She has also drawn our attention to page no. 1 of this compilation to state that, as per her instructions, as the petitioner is providing messaging services to National Informatics Centre (NIC), the petitioner has been permitted to continue the services till 31.03.2026.
4. Noting this submission, re-notify on 10.03.2026.
