                                                    ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner to cut down the Tamarind Tree situated in the petitioner's house in Old Survey No.21, New Survey No.21/69 bearing Natham Patta No.14 at Adi Dravidar Colony, Kodikadhammanapalli Village, Kaalingavaram Post, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that on receipt of the said complaint, the petitioner was 2/4 http://www.judis.nic.in Crl.OP.No.33631 of 2019 issued CSR.No.322 of 2019 and after conducting enquiry, it was closed on 26.11.2019.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that at this stage, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
