This transfer petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner – wife for transfer of Divorce Petition i.e. P.A. No. 190 of 2017 titled as Rahul Ajit Patil versus Gayatri Rahul Patil, pending before the Court of the Family Judge No.2, Pune, Maharashtra to the Family Court, Belagavi, Karnataka. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner - wife . In spite of service of notice, no one is present on behalf of the respondent – husband. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we are satisfied with the averments made in this petition and deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case Signature Not Verified to the Family Court, Belagavi, Karnataka.
