Section 112(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)All money transactions to which the Bhumi Pra-bandhak Samiti (Land Management Committee) or its Chairman is a party, shall be brought to account and all the money realised or received by way of donations or otherwise shall be credited in full to the Gaon Fund.
