Section 114G(8) in Income Tax Rules, 1962

(8)The statement referred to in sub-rule (7) shall be furnished in Form No. 61B for every calendar year by the 31st day of May following that year:Provided that the statement pertaining to calendar year 2014 shall be furnished by the 31st day of August, 2015.
