21.
An annual report of the school will be prepared by the Secretary which shall be submitted to the Inspector of Schools, as the case may be, in case of Higher Secondary or High Schools and to the Deputy Inspector of Schools in case of Middle Schools for boys and to the Assistant Inspectress of Schools in case of Middle Schools for Girls, after being approved by the managing committee.
