(9)The holder of a Commercial, [* * *] [Omitted 'Senior Commercial' by Notification No. G.S.R. 481(E), dated 15.5.2017 (w.e.f. 23.3.1937).] or Airline Transport Pilot's License may log as pilot-in-command the flight time during which he acts as pilot-in-command. He shall log as Co-pilot the flight time during which he acts as Co-pilot.
