- Premises (except clubs) licensed for the vend of foreign liquor for consumption 'On' the premises shall have all doors for admission of the public opening only on to a public road. Such premises must be so constructed that the interior thereof, where sales are effected, may be visible from the doorway. The sale rooms shall be well lighted. Private rooms for the sale of such liquor or spirit, where such sale are specially permitted by the Collector, must also be visible from the doorway.
