Section 41(1) in The Assam Co-operative Societies Act, 1949
(1)Every registered society shall keep and allow inspection free of charge by any member of the society and such other persons as may be prescribed at all reasonable times at the office of the society-(a)a copy of this Act;(b)a copy of the rules framed under this Act;(c)a copy of the bye-laws of society;(d)a copy of all rules framed under the bye-laws of the society;(e)annual balance-sheet authenticated by the Audit Officer; and(f)such other books, forms, registers or other documents as may be prescribed by the Registrar.
