ORDER
Per Bench These are appeals by the Assessee against the orders dated 31.07.2014 of C.I.T.(A)-Central-I, Kolkata relating to AY 2009-10 & 2010-11 respectively.
2. The ld. Counsel for the assessee has filed an application dated 03.08.2017 seeking permission to withdraw the appeals. The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeals by the assessee. We permit the assessee to withdraw these appeals.
3. In the result, the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
