Heard.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that
pursuant to the order, dated 13-02-2019 passed in C.R.P.No.6157 of
2018, the questioned document was sent to the Associate Director,
Chemistry Group, BARC, Mumbai, but the said Organization returned the
document with an objection that they do not have the expertise for age
determination of the signature. However, the said Organization
mentioned the following Laboratories are having expertise:-

3. Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Documents Division, Mashusuban Chowk, Near Rohini Court, Bhagawan Mahavir Marg, Sector 14, Rohini, Delhi, 110085.
The petitioner, therefore, prays that Ex.A-1-promissory note may be referred to any of the above Institutions. Considering the above submission, the order, dated 13-02-2019 passed in C.R.P.No.6157 of 2018 is reviewed and Para.12 of the Order, dated 13-02-2019 passed in C.R.P.No.6157 of 2018 is modified as follows:-
"In the result, the Revision Petition is allowed by setting aside the impugned order and consequently I.A.No..874 of 2018 is allowed and the trial court is directed to refer Ex.A-1 promissory note to any one of the following institutions for determining the age of the signature of the Sl.
