Section 41 in The Pepsu Townships Development Board Act, 1954
41. Members, officers and servants of the Board to be public servants.
- All members of the Board and all officers and servants of the Board whether appointed by the State Government or the Board, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
