Section 25 in West Bengal Escheats and Forfeitures Act, 2012
25. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion may require, by order published in the Official Gazette make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, do or cause to be done anything which may be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
