16. Documents to be kept in the personal custody if the Superintendent.
- The following documents shall be kept in the personal custody of the Superintendent-(a)Contract agreement bonds,(b)Contractors and subordinates security deposit receipts of Post Savings Bank Account Books and Post Office cash certificates.(c)personal files, service books and character rolls of the staff.
