Section 25(1) in The Armed Forces Tribunal (Practice) Rules, 2009
(1)If any notice is returned unserved under the circumstances not specified in sub-rules (2) and (3) of rule 24, the facts and the reason therefor shall be notified immediately on the notice board of the Registry.
