2 23-02-2015Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.
The petitioners being the parents, sister and relatives of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of torture for non- fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant who has been granted bail by the learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42669 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Birpur/Balua Bazar P.S. Case No. 177 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Birpur, Supaul, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
