Section 13(1) in The Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966
(1)The Government shall maintain every monument which has been acquired under section 12 or in respect of which any of the rights mentioned in section 4 have been acquired.
