Section 19(4)(iv) in The Orissa Medical Registration Rules, 1965

(iv)When the office of the President or Vice-President falls vacant by reason of death, resignation or otherwise, another President or Vice-President shall be elected as the case may be from the members of the Council in the same manner as laid down in Rule 19.
