Section 11 in The Jammu and Kashmir Saffron Act, 2007
11. Compulsory grade designation.
(1)Saffron shall not be sold or distributed in the State, unless it is marked with the grade designation mark in the manner prescribed.(2)Whoever contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees.
