6. Application for registration under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 5
.-An application for registration as a citizen of India under clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 5, for a minor child of a person who is a citizen of India, shall not be entertained unless--(a)the application is made in Form IV; and(b)the parent of such minor child declares that he is the legal guardian of the child.
