(12)On the History Ticket of every convict, the Superintendent shall record(a)Any special order he may have to give related to any prisoner, e.g. the imposition or removal of hand-cuffs, permission to hold an interview or write a letter, separation by night;(b)The award of every punishment;(c)Sanction for employment on extra-mural work;(d)The award of special remission.
