Section 24(2) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act had come into force on the fourth day of December, 1973.
