Section 14 in Orissa State Financial Corporation General Regulations, 1957

14. Share certificate.

(1)Every share certificate shall be issued under the common seal of the Corporation.
(2)Every share certificate shall bear a serial number and shall specify the number of shares in respect of which it is issued and their distinguishing numbers.
