1. Issue notice. Mr. Zoheb Hossain, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. This petition raises a challenge to notifications dated 17.07.2019 and 09.09.2019, issued by the Pharmacy Council of India ["PCI"]. The same notifications have been challenged in a batch of petitions being W.P.(C) 175/2021 and connected matters, which have been heard in part.
3. To await the result of those petitions, list on 10.05.2021.
