Section 18 in Mizoram (Establishment of Independent Local Body) Ombudsman Act, 2011
18. Report To Be Sent To Governor.
- In case of complaints and grievances regarding corruption and maladministration against the Village Councils in general and its elected functionaries, the Ombudsman shall send its report to the Governor.
