ORAL ORDER
4 12-01-20262. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for issuance of an appropriate
writ/writs for quashing the award dated
09.09.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat of the Patna High Court in First Appeal No. 14 of 1980, by which the Lok Adalat has ordered to prepare the award on the basis of the partial compromise by playing fraud on the court as the petitioner nos. 1 to 6 were parties to the compromise who have neither signed the compromise petition nor put their thumb impressions and also the award has been ordered to be prepared against some dead persons whose heirs and legal representatives have not been substituted in the appeal."
3. In this case, on 03.11.2025, while admitting the petition, notices were issued to the respondent nos. 1 to 138.
4. As it was peremptory order and the same stands not complied, it stood dismissed on 15.12.2025.
