Section 10(1) in Paradip Port Harbour Craft Rules 1967
(1)At the time of licensing of any harbour craft under rule 4, the name of its tindal as entered in the licence and other particulars exlating to him shall be entered in a register which shall be kept by the Deputy Conservator in Form B.
