Section 12(6) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(6)Subject to the control of the Chancellor, in any emergency, which in the en inion of the Vice-Chancellor, requires, immediate action to be taken, he shall take such action as he deems necessary, and shall at the -earliest opportunity intimate the action taken to the officer, authority or other body who or which in the ordinary course would have dealt with the matter.
