Section 11(3) in The Delhi Land Holdings (Ceiling) Act, 1960
(3)Where there is any delay in the payment of [Subs. by s. 9, ibid., for "compensation" (w.e.f. 8-12-1975)amount] or where the [Subs. by s. 9, ibid., for "compensation" (w.e.f. 8-12-1975)amount] is paid either in instalments or in bonds, it shall carry interest at the rate of two and a half per cent. per annum from the date on which it falls due.
