Section 2(q) in Rajasthan Special Investment Regions Act, 2016
(q)"infrastructure project" means any project for creation, rehabilitation, improvement, expansion, alteration or replacement of any infrastructure facility including financing, construction, operation, maintenance or management thereof, whether within a Special Investment Region, connecting a Special Investment Region or required for a Special Investment Region and includes any project which is linked to or from an infrastructure project;
