ORDER
Date : 05-03-2020 Case has been put up before the undersigned today since Registrar (Judicial) is on leave.
Ld. Counsel Mr. V. Achumi for advocate Mr. M. H. Choudhury has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Seen the office note dated 03-03-2020 which reflects that as per Hon'ble court's order dated 14-12-2018, notice was issued upon Respondent No. 6 by registered post with A/D, but neither A/D card nor unserved notice have been received back till date. The postal journal of Respondent No. 6 is placed at Flag "PJ". The postal journal shows that notice was issued upon Respondent No. 6 on 22-12-2018. The postal consignment no. RS512140318IN of the notice is tracked out from www.indiapost.gov.in, but no consignment detail is found.
Since, notice was issued a long time back and no service report has been received till date, the petitioner is again directed to take fresh steps within a period of 1 (one) week for issuance of notice upon Respondent No. 6 by registered post with A/D and as well as through usual process.
The matter may be listed again before Lawazima court in the first week of April, 2020.
