13. Conferment of honorary degrees.

- The Institute may confer honorary degrees to exceptional and outstanding persons for their illustrious contribution in their respective fieldsProvided that all proposals for the conferment of honorary degrees shall be made by the Senate, recommended by the Governing Council and approved by the Visitor.
