Section 27(xxvii) in The Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1963
(xxvii)to delegate by Regulation any of its powers to the Kulpati, the Registrar or such other officer of Vishwa Vidyalaya or a Committee appointed by it as it may deem lit;
