Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 1995
(1)Any person seeking permission to take the Bovine Animal outside the State, for the participation in the cattle fair under sub-section (7) of section 5 of the Act shall apply in Form-3 to the Competent Authority.
