Section 37(4) in The Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017
(4)The owner of the warehousing business shall also furnish -(a)a declaration of the warehouseman confirming that he is the owner of the warehousing business, and that the details furnished by the warehouseman under this rule are true and correct; and(b)a declaration that he shall comply with the requirements of these rules within the stipulated time.
