256. Delegation.
- The State Commission may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to any member, or any officer of the State Commission, or any other person, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under this chapter, except the power to adjudicate disputes under clause (d) of sub-section 259, as it may deem necessary.
