Section 635 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
635. Commissioner power to summon.
- The Commissioner may summon any person to appear before him or the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Corporator or a Committee and to give evidence or produce documents as the case may be in respect of any question relating to taxation or to the grant of any licence or permission under the provisions of this Act.
