Date: 23-07-2014 Heard learned counsel for the parties. It is agreed at the bar that the case in hand is squarely covered by an earlier judgment of this Court delivered on 22.07.2014 in C.W.J.C. No. 9133 of 2014 (M/s Shivam Mini Modern Rice Mill vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) and its analogous cases.
That being so, this writ application is also disposed of in the same terms with the same observation and direction as in the case of M/s Shivam Mini Modern Rice Mill (supra).
