Section 70 in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
70. Remuneration of liquidator.
- The liquidator appointed by a self-supporting co-operative society or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive such remuneration as may be specified by the appointing authority.
