Section 49(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)Save as otherwise provided by or under this Act, every salaried officer and academic staff members of the University shall be appointed under a written contract. The contract shall be lodged with the Registrar, and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the employee concerned.
