Section 19 in The West Bengal Government Land (Regulation of Transfer) Act, 1993
19. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or any officer of that Government or the competent authority or the appellate authority or any officer authorised by the competent authority or the appellate authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
